Thank you for the excellent job you did on the windows [at my home]. In the past, we have contracted various companies and individuals to clean the windows, but they were not as thorough and precise as you were. Taking apart the storm windows, scrubbing down the screens and washing the casements had not been done in a long time and it was greatly appreciated. Clean windows make a home more enjoyable to be in, and we are pleased with all you did to make this happen. We also appreciate your professionalism. The pamphlet we received in the mail was clear and descriptive; the quote you provided was understandable and reasonable. You also were available and ready to do the work promptly, which was a big help. Thank you again and we will call you again in the fall.
